Preparing card designs for upload and print
If you are supplying your artwork in a completed format you must send it to us, print ready at 300dpi and supplied in CMYK. When creating black please use a black made up of 100% black and 40% cyan. Where possible please outline all fonts or supply fonts used.
All files should include bleed as indicated below:
- Plasticards 95mm x 60mm (this includes a suitable bleed area). Finished size 86mm x 54mm.
- Large PVC Cards 106mm x 76mm (including bleed). Finished size 100mm x 70mm.
- Flexi-Tag 59mm x 39mm (including bleed). Finished size 55mm x 35mm.
Note: Please do not round off the corners of your artwork - this is done by the cutting process.

Download templates
Artwork can be accepted in a variety of file formats including jpeg, tiff, eps. Artwork can also be accepted in the following programmes: Freehand, Photoshop, Illustrator, Quark Express - please include fonts and scans where applicable.
If artwork is not to correct size a set up charge of £20.00 will be made.
