Delivery & Returns
All standard orders are sent via Interlink Couriers for a next day delivery. Please note that orders dispatched on a Friday for next day delivery will not be delivered until Monday. Once we have received your order you will receive confirmation via email.
- UK Next day delivery (excluding highlands and islands) is £8.00 + VAT, UK 2 day delivery (for highlands) is £16.00 + VAT, UK 2 day delivery (for Channel Islands) is £16.00 + VAT, 2 day delivery (Northern & Southern Ireland) is £16.00 + VAT, UK Islands is £22.72 + VAT. European delivery prices on request, shipping to elsewhere in the world can be arranged. Please contact us via email for a bespoke quotation.
- UK working days are Monday – Friday, excluding Bank Holidays. If you are not around to accept your parcel the courier may leave it with a neighbour or a safe place if you have requested this upon ordering.
Change or Cancel an Order
- Unfortunately it is not normally possible to make changes to your order once it has been placed. If however you would like to cancel or change your order, please either call our customer services on 01772 681000 between the hours of 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday, or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org where we will try our best to help you. Please quote your order reference in all communications. Cancellation fees may apply.
- We hope that you are pleased with our products, but in the unlikely event that a product is faulty, damaged or not as described, we will happily refund or replace the item. Please ensure that you notify our customer services team by calling us on 01772 681000 or emailing email@example.com within 7 days of receipt of the item. Please quote your name, order reference, address and reason for return, letting us know whether you would prefer a refund or replacement. Refunds will be processed via the payment method used at the time of order.
